Insurance - Agarwal packers & Logistics Movers

At Agarwal Packer & Logistics Movers, we understand the importance of protecting your valuable belongings during the relocation process. To ensure peace of mind, we offer comprehensive insurance solutions for goods in transit. Our insurance covers potential damages that may occur during various stages of the move, including packing, loading, transport, and unloading.

We provide two types of insurance coverage:

Transit Insurance: This covers your goods exclusively during transportation. It safeguards your items from damage due to accidents, mishandling, or natural calamities while en route to the destination.

All-Inclusive Insurance: This is a more comprehensive plan that protects your items throughout the entire moving process. It covers damages that may occur during packing, loading, transit, and unloading. It also includes protection from accidents, theft, and other unforeseen incidents.

Our insurance packages are designed to minimize the risks involved in moving and ensure that you are fairly compensated in the rare event of any damage. This service is especially beneficial for long-distance or international moves, where the risk of mishaps is higher. We strive to offer a seamless and stress-free experience, with claims processed efficiently to provide maximum coverage.

Whether you are moving household items or business goods, our insurance policies offer tailored protection, making your move as smooth and secure as possible.

Three Step processing

Receive From Shipper

The process begins when goods are received from the shipper. This involves checking the shipment for accuracy, verifying that all items are present, and ensuring they are in good condition. Proper documentation is essential at this stage to confirm what has been delivered.

Safe & Secure Shipment

Once the items are received, they must be stored or handled securely to prevent damage or loss. This includes utilizing appropriate packaging, labeling, and maintaining the right environmental conditions, if necessary, to ensure the integrity of the goods throughout their storage or transit period.

Handover to Receiver

Finally, the goods are prepared for handover to the designated receiver. This involves final checks to confirm that the correct items are being released, completing any necessary paperwork, and ensuring that the receiver acknowledges the condition of the goods upon receipt. Clear communication and documentation are critical in this step to avoid misunderstandings.
